2009 ఎన్నికలలో తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీ అభ్యర్థి నామా నాగేశ్వరరావు సమీప కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ తరఫున మళ్ళీ పోటీచేసిన అభ్యర్థి రేణుకా చౌదరి [19] పై విజయం సాధించారు. నామా నాగేశ్వరావుకు 469368 ఓట్లు రాగా, రేణుకా చౌదరికి 344920 ఓట్లు లభించాయి.

2014 ఎన్నికలు[మార్చు]

2014 సార్వత్రిక ఎన్నికలలో వై.సి.పి. అభ్యర్థి పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాస్ రెడ్డి తన సమీప ప్రథ్యర్థి తె.దే.పాకు చెందిన నామా నాగేశ్వరరావుపై 11,000 పైచిలుకు మెజారిటీతో గెలుపొందారు.
